The completion of a Trust Deed is the beginning and not the end of a Trustees obligations, whether the Trust be a simple Family Trust, Trading, Charitable or Special Purpose Trust.
There are both legal and tax obligations, dependant upon the type of Trust and its activities, that need to be met on a regular basis if the Trust structure itself is to be taken seriously.
